The 611 nanometer coating material produced by Henan Yuanyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is made by using new nanometer insulation materials, high-performance non-metallic minerals, special binders and other raw materials through processes such as powder screening and mixing. 611 nanometer coating material belongs to a new type of nanometer insulation product, which is non-toxic, odorless, green, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. This product is widely used in fixed/movable flow channels, casting packages, intermediate packages, and other parts of non-ferrous metallurgy, with "strong isolation", "non copper adhesion", "high strength", "corrosion resistance", "fast repair", "easy cleaning", "thermal shock resistance", and "non-toxic" properties.
The casting package and chute made with this product can achieve isolation from high-temperature copper, non bonding, and have a service life several times longer than conventional refractory materials. In the copper smelting stage, high-temperature copper flows on the surface of the casting package and chute without corroding or bonding the refractory layer. The refractory layer will not contaminate the finished copper due to detachment, effectively improving the purity of the copper produced. After smelting is completed, the cold copper still does not adhere to the refractory layer and will not cause the accumulation of cold copper in the casting package and chute. The remaining cold copper can be easily cleaned up, preparing for the next casting and achieving multiple recycling of the casting package and chute. From the perspective of the entire copper smelting process, this product can significantly reduce the loss of refractory materials in copper smelting, reduce labor intensity, lower copper smelting costs, and improve the production efficiency of anode copper.
This product is the result of the "Nano Coating Thermal Insulation Material Production and Research Cooperation Project" between Henan Yuanyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Professor from Luoyang Refractory Research Institute of China Steel Group. It has been successfully used in more than 20 smelting enterprises, including Jiangxi Copper Industry Group (Guixi) Smelter, Heilongjiang Zijin Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Jilin Zijin Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd., China Nonferrous Metals (Hongsheng Copper Industry Co., Ltd.), China Copper Southeast Copper Industry Co., Ltd., China Gold Zhongyuan Yellow Smelter Co., Ltd., Yantai Guorun Industry Co., Ltd., Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co., Ltd., Chifeng Yun Copper Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., and has been experimentally promoted as a research and innovation project in several smelting enterprises.
